Founded in Vienna in 1976 by Prof. Rudolf Buchmann, Künstlersekretariat Buchmann is now a family business in its second generation, led by Prof. Christian Buchmann.
The agency represents Austrian cultural institutions, orchestras, ensembles and soloists internationally. East Asia has been a particular focus for decades, connecting Austrian musical life with concert audiences abroad.
The team in Vienna brings together artist management, concert planning and the practical organisation of international engagements. Artists and concert organisers have direct contacts for artistic planning, coordination and financial matters.
